Headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, ProHealth Select has evolved from a surgical assisting company founded in 2003 to a full service, valued-based solution for Hospitals, Surgery Centers, Physician's Offices and Clinics. Our steady growth has enabled us to partner with healthcare organizations to reduce costs, rapidly scale in new markets, tap into additional revenue streams, all with a focus on patient care.

Nancy Bourg

Nancy Bourg

Chief Executive Officer

Nancy Bourg is President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the company's board of directors. She joined the company in 2016, bringing more than 30 years of healthcare industry leadership, home care & workforce staffing strategies, technology development & implementation expertise, and executive management experience to her role with the company. Prior to joining ProHealth, she held key leadership positions in large healthcare organization with a focus on driving growth strategies with operational cost efficiencies. She received her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University and her MBA from Nova Southeastern University.  She is also a Registered Nurse.

Marta Prado

Chief Strategy Officer

Chief Strategy Officer

Marta Prado is Chief Strategy Officer and a member of the company’s board of directors. She joined the company in the June 2019 with over 30 years of healthcare experience and has been involved in all aspects of patient care as both a Registered Nurse and as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining ProHealth, Marta was responsible for executive oversight of the Correct Care Recovery Solutions Division, a behavioral healthcare company. She earned a Masters of Nursing from the University of Miami. Ms. Prado also served as the President of InPhyNet’s and EMSA’s government services and correctional medical care subsidiaries. Under her leadership at EMSA / InPhyNet, as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer, revenues rose from $25 million to over $350 million dollars with 150+ client contracts. In 1997, Ms. Prado was President of InPhyNet Medical Management / MedPartners’ Governmental Services Division with revenues of over $250 million and the Managed Care Division with revenues of $200 million. Ms. Prado serves on the board of many not for profit service organizations.

Amy Noe

Amy Noe

Director of Clinical Operations

Amy Noe is Director of Clinical Operations. She joined the company in the February 2019 with over 35 years of healthcare experience. Prior to joining ProHealth, Amy has held key leadership positions in Bariatric, OBGYN, Thoracic and Transplant surgical settings. She has lead healthcare staff ensuring quality of care. Her experience includes development of policy and procedures, patient educational programs. She has been responsible for leading teams to achieve Bariatric Centers of Excellence certification and UNOS transplant certification.
